Wilmington, DE – October 13, 2018 – A team from Corrado Construction participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, a non-competitive five mile walk along the Wilmington Riverfront. This American Cancer Society event raises awareness and funds to save lives from breast cancer by funding innovative research, providing free information and support and helping people reduce their risk by detecting early signs and get live-saving treatment.
Our team had fun dressing up in the spirit of the event and even showed up early on a chilly morning to help as event volunteers. It was a great day of celebration and remembrance for everyone. There’s still progress to be made so we’ll be there again next year!
