Corrado Construction Company (“CCC”) provides both traditional and value-added site development services – primarily to the private sector. A third generation construction company, our roots go back to Joseph S. Corrado’s first company, established in 1945. We maintain our heritage of “integrity, trust and family” today. Located in New Castle, Delaware, CCC has been building its reputation as a top-notch site development firm since its inception.

Scalability & Partnership

The beauty of how Joe has structured his organization is that CCC can arrange scalability for projects of any size – whether a $20 million massive site work project or a $100,000 parking lot overlay. Through its affiliation with Corrado Management Services and Corrado Fleet Services, CCC is capable of increasing equipment, labor, estimating and other management resources, if and when the need arises – minimizing overhead and ultimately reducing the cost impact for CCC’s clients.

Through the use of these two entities, Joe has priority access to additional heavy equipment and trucking, as well as accounting, labor, project management, scheduling and estimating personnel. Because of these resources, his team can focus on the day-to-day progress of current projects and maintain continuous communication with current clients rather than get bogged down by logistical challenges.
