Project Overview
Birdies Golf is an indoor golf eatery located in Middletown, DE. Corrado Construction was responsible for site prep including grading, utilities, concrete, and paving.
Key Challenges
Because the site work was approved before the building was able to start, we had the site to ourselves and made the most of it by performing the earthwork, underground utilities, the perimeter curb, and placing stone in the parking areas before building construction began. This allowed us to complete the remaining work in time to open on schedule despite some items on the building taking longer than originally expected. By working closely with the GGA Construction, the Town of Middletown, Larson Engineering, and the Owner, we were able to complete the project on time and on budget.
