Jerry has been with the Corrado family since 1981. He currently manages the Millsboro office’s estimating and business development efforts. Jerry intricately understands the philosophy and work ethic the Corrado family fosters. Jerry is well-respected in Sussex County, making connections with vendors, suppliers and other subs that benefit our clients’ bottom lines.
Jerry’s current focus is on building up Corrado’s client base in Sussex County and surrounding Maryland counties. One of Jerry’s specialties is working with owners and developers on preparing budgets and performing value-engineering scenarios for potential projects. His years of experience in the estimating department has made this the perfect fit for his experience and level of detail.
Over the course of his time at Corrado, Jerry has had roles in several departments – estimating, project management and business development. Projects he has been involved with in New Castle County include the Christiana Hospital, Christiana Mall, the Astra Zeneca expansion and Middletown’s Amazon Warehouse. Some of the Sussex County projects Jerry has been part of are the Delaware Turf Complex, Love Creek Elementary School, Laurel Elementary School and HOB Elementary School.
Jerry graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
