Project Overview
Asbury Square is a 55,000 SF hotel with multiple retail building lots. Corrado Construction was responsible for sitework which included Erosion Controls, Demolition, Earthwork, Sanitary Sewer, Water, Storm, Pond Work, Concrete, Paving, Concrete Box Culvert Installation, and DelDOT Entrance Road and Utility Improvements.
Key Challenges
Installation of a Concrete Box Culvert with Retaining Walls across an existing water way for access to the entire site.
