Project Overview

Full site work package including:

• Building pad preparation for hotel
• Site utilities including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water line, and roof drains
• Full install of a 3,817 SF Rain Tank
• Curb, stone, and site paving

Key Challenges

Supply chain issues greatly affected the ability to procure the rain tank material in a timely fashion. CCC worked with the GC to adjust the install schedule.
