Key Challenges
The project schedule was built in several phases for the sitework package. The early phase included significant concrete demo, bulk earthwork and utilities. CCC then worked to complete two new parking lots to create space for continued construction in the next phase. The final sitework phase required careful coordination between subs working under Corrado and other project subs working to complete the 10-story tower. Due to limited access to some areas, the final months required an accelerated work schedule in order to meet the completion date.
Finish work included precise concrete patterns and careful coordination to achieve the desired layout for intricate trench drains and site furnishings.
