Project Overview
Project scope included clearing, bulk grading, sanitary sewer and storm drain, water installation, curb and gutter, sidewalk installation, StormTech system installation and paving.

Key Challenges
Site did not balance and was short fill materials and heavy on topsoil. CCC balanced the site so that there was no import and export. Site work was started in the fall and CCC staged the site work so that the weather did not affect compaction and the structural integrity of the site. CCC also worked with the owner for a staged building turnover so that they could obtain Certificates of Occupancy as construction was ongoing.
