Project Overview
This two-acre project, which sits on the previous location of Leon’s Garden Center in North Wilmington, included erosion controls, earthwork, sanitary sewer, storm pipe, water line, bio-retention basins, concrete and asphalt paving. The job also required two DelDOT entrances servicing Rt 202 and Rocky Run Parkway.

Key Challenges
Due to the limited space available on the site, Corrado Construction worked with the client to get the bio-retention basins completed prior to starting the building construction, with our crews working through the winter season to keep the project on schedule.
