This two-acre project, which sits on the previous location of Leon’s Garden Center in North Wilmington, included erosion controls, earthwork, sanitary sewer, storm pipe, water line, bio-retention basins, concrete and asphalt paving. The job also required two DelDOT entrances servicing Rt 202 and Rocky Run Parkway.

- Sanitary sewer: 7800 LF
- Waterline: 500 LF

Due to the limited space available on the site, Corrado Construction worked with the client to get the bio-retention basins completed prior to starting the building construction, with our crews working through the winter season to keep the project on schedule.
