Project Scope
Full site work package including:
- Building pad preparation for hotel
- Site utilities including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water line, and roof drains
- Full install of a 3,817 SF Rain Tank
- Curb, Stone, and site paving
Key Challenges
Supply chain issues greatly affected the ability to procure the rain tank material in a timely fashion. CCC worked with the GC to adjust the install schedule.
