Wilmington, DE – October 20, 2022 – Bill Price, representing the Corrado Construction team, accepted the Delaware Contractors Association (DCA) 2022 Construction Excellence Award for our work on the Incyte Corporation’s new lab & parking garage. The annual award ceremony was held at the Chase Center at Wilmington’s Riverfront.
Incyte Lab & Parking Garage was a comprehensive sitework package for a six-story laboratory and separate two-level parking garage. Just four acres and situated on a steep slope, the project was one of Corrado’s most challenging to date.
Additionally, for the second year in a row DCA chose our photos for the cover of the award night’s full color handout. This collage, with shots taken via drone by Eye in the Sky Studios, captures the project progression over time.
We are honored to receive this year’s Construction Excellence Award for Delaware Logistics. We thank DCA for the recognition as well as our entire team for their efforts in bringing this project to a successful completion.
